Rental of the Day: 84 Madison Street

Although this apartment is located in Bed Stuy, not in Clinton Hill as the listing says, the price is very good for a rental in a growing part of the neighborhood. The four-bedroom, two-bath duplex is asking $3,000 a month. The unit also looks nicely renovated. The only caveat: The listing says that two of those bedrooms are small, although the photos don’t give an impression of how tiny they actually are. Still, worth checking out, in our opinion.
