The first open house is May 9 from 6 to 7:30 pm. The amenities and floor plans look pretty typical for a new North Brooklyn build. How do you like the look of them?

I live and own in Greenpoint Lily and agree this market is hot but IMO its a shitbox. Buyer beware.
Complete shitbox that sat unfinished for years on super-noisy McGuiness. That said, the market is so silly that they will probably sell out pretty quickly.

it’s actually 1279 sq ft for the $950K 2 bedroom. sure, it’s on Mcguinness but there’s very little for sale in this area
