The Karl-Fischer designed, 262-unit building at 95 Bedford Avenue has come a very long way since it was known as Hot Karl Lake. The scaffolding is now coming down to reveal a facade much more historically conscious (if not spot-on) than most other new Williamsburg builds. For comparison, check out this rendering released more than two years ago. This must mean marketing is soon to come; no word on whether this is a rental or condo development. The development will include retail space, a swimming pool and parking. Click through for more pictures of the facade, which fronts North 11th, North 12th, and Bedford Avenue.
