Sackett Union Condos Are Selling Fast

The Sackett Union condo project, still in the midst of construction in Carroll Gardens, is already 70 percent sold. Listings for the 32 units first surfaced in October, with a 1,128-square-foot two-bedroom asking $1,105,000 and a four-bedroom penthouse unit priced at $3,100,000. Streeteasy shows nine units still on the market, priced between $2,150,000 and $1,515,000. The anticipated occupancy for the condo building is the end of this summer. The 11 one- and two-family townhouses, also part of the development, are not yet on the market and are supposed to wrap with construction this summer. If condo units are going for $1 million plus, the initial pricing on the townhouses will likely raise some eyebrows.
