The condo building at 102 Gold Street will officially hit the market in early February, DumboNYC previously reported. The new build also has a name (Ironwood) and a website. Corcoran has not released pricing for the ten units, but according to DumboNYC, it is asking between $675 and $867 per square foot. The same developers also built 100 Gold Street. Available units range from one bedrooms, a garden duplex, a triplex with parking and a floor-through three bedroom.
