This floor-through co-op at 28 Remsen Street in Brooklyn Heights just hit the market with an asking price of $1,150,000. The 1,200-square-foot apartment has nice bones — moldings, mantels, parquet — but it also looks a little unpolished for this part of town. Whoever buys this place will most likely want to do some updating, including modernizing the kitchen and bathroom. So although we like the slightly rough feel, we’re not so sure the sellers will be able to get their price, especially for a non-doorman, non-elevator pad. What do you think?
