Condo of the Day: 535 Dean Street #316

We’ve been curious to see how the Barclays Center would impact prices at the Newswalk Building at 535 Dean Street in Prospect Heights. It’s too early to tell, really, but the listing for this 2,040-square-foot loft is pitching the proximity as a selling point. This third-floor unit certainly has a lot of space, though the layout is slightly unconventional. That might be part of the reason the condo is priced at $995,000, or less than $500 a square foot, while other places in the building tend to go for closer to $600 a square foot.
