New Fulton Street Restaurant Opening in August

Here’s an update on the new restaurant planned for the old Aquinas space at 773 Fulton Street. The Local first reported on the new venture, to be called Prospect, in April. Since then, the owners have refined the restaurant’s seasonal menu: there will be dishes like pork jowl and smoked hamachi, with a bar menu serving sandwiches and burgers. Appetizers will range from $10 to $18, entrees from $19 to $29, and bar items from $6-18. Prospect will serve dinner six nights a week, hold a full bar, and also serve weekend brunch.
