House of the Day: 200 Fenimore Street

200 Fenimore Street was a House of the Day back in the spring of 2006. At the time, the house was asking $1,495,000, a price we called “aggressive for the block.” We turned out to be right on this one: The property sold for $925,000 a year later. Now it’s back on the market asking $1,349,000. Prices in Prospect Lefferts Gardens have come a long way in the since 2006 and the interior of the free-standing house looks very charming indeed so we suspect the house will fare much better on the market this go-round.
