There have been a couple big-ticket sales at the Brooklyn Heights condo building Love Lane Mews recently, but this two bedroom was just listed on the rental market. Obviously the location is killer, but even though this is a very spacious apartment, there’s nothing particularly special about it. Think the unit has a good chance on the rental market with a monthly ask of $6,000?
