The Dumbo condo market is showing its muscle this week. Yesterday we reported that 192 Water Street had sold out, and today we’re seeing that prices have gone up for the remaining units at the Toll Brothers development 205 Water Street. The most expensive three-bedroom listed, according to Streeteasy, was first priced at $1,819,990 but was recently bumped up to $1,844,990. While all the increases are relatively small, it must mean the development is getting a good amount of attention. The building was 40 percent sold as of the end of last month. Sales launched last October and closings are expected this spring.

not surprising. out of the few new developments, 205 seemed pretty reasonably priced last time i checked. that particular block is full of all kinds of projects and it will be nice when they are done.
