New Building Slated for 538 Washington Avenue
Last month permits came through for a five-story residential building at 538 Washington Avenue, between Fulton Street and Atlantic Avenue. The previous structure there was demolished back in 2008. Currently there’s not much work done at the site, but a Stop Work Order was resolved early this month so maybe we’ll see action here soon….
