Rental of the Day: 287 President Street

The monthly rent of $2,500/month for this floor-through two bedroom in Carroll Gardens is cheaper than most other comparable apartments in the area. It looks like it’s in good shape, even if the kitchen isn’t anything to write home about. And the apartment itself is close to all sorts of good things: Carroll Park, the F/G subways stop and the farmers market. What do ya think?
