Last night Toll Brothers held a tour of the very much under-construction development 205 Water Street, revealing a few details about pricing and amenities along the way. Sales should start in the next few weeks, and closings are likely to begin in the spring of 2012. The 65 units range from studios to three-bedrooms, with pricing from the the high $300,000s to more than $2,000,000. The fanciest unit, a two-story, three-bedroom penthouse, boasts 2,400 square feet of private outdoor space and a price tag of around $2.4 million. (Three of the units will have private roof terraces.) There are two common floors in the building with shared parking and amenities, but the development is divided by private outdoor terraces between the Water Street and Plymouth Street sides. (Entrances will be on both Water and Plymouth, but the main lobby will be off Water Street.) Amenities also include a concierge, a gym, parking, a lounge and storage. You can see a few renderings here. Click through to get a few more details about the photos taken. Whaddya think?
