The shelter was shut down in early 2010 despite protests from community members and political leaders who objected to its closure and seizure via eminent domain. The building neighbored Ward Bakery, which crews completed demolition work on this March. GMAP

I never said he singled it out. You’re talking out of both sides of your mouth by the way- talking about the net gain and then they should have never included this block.
No- he didn’t single it out- but don’t think for a minute he didn’t know exactly what was on every inch of property he had his eye on. Don’t read something into my words that I never wrote.
