Another example of the reality between stable prices, low volume phenomenon: the listings are priced at near peak comps, so the few that sell hold prices up, but most listings just sit and sit until they get delisted.
I think that’s why Tuesday’s big sales are almost all the way up there, while Friday’s OH are in the doldrums.
