91-king-rendering.jpgIn October, we showed you the rendering of the Radusky-designed townhouses at 91-99 King Street in Red Hook that were described as “inspired by Tuscan architecture.” Well, behold them. And behold their listings: 93 to 99 are on the market (does that mean number 91 sold?) for $1.3 mill, boasting a roof deck, three stories and this description:

Exclusive loft style carriage houses encompass modern day living with old world charm. Sixteen foot ceilings and extra large windows allow airy natural light to fill this flowing space. The unique balance of a recycled brick façade and contemporary state-of-the-art finishes add to this unprecedented design. Enjoy the sunset over NY Harbor and Lady Liberty from your private terrace or roof deck.

  1. i saw a rental ad on these pieces of crap on craigslist..there is no way they can sell them at the prices that they want….future welfare hotel

  2. 1) there is no such thing as “airy natural light”

    2) the projects across the street exude more grace

    3) when will they stop inflicting such horrors on our community!?

  3. I think the price is WAY off. They are across the street from the projects, and the block itself is still industrial with many empty lots which most likely will remain that way for a while considering the state of the economy. Half the price and I might go for it.

  4. What a total waste of material in our opinion. Very fugly facades that don’t remind us of Tuscany at all, in fact the folks from Tuscany will be insulted.
Well at least it is probably better than what it replaced, sadly.

  5. It’s not so bad as a Fedders, but the “Tuscan” part reminds me of the “Tuscan-inspired” Fancy Feast cat food line. Dear olde Tuscany needs to tighten up their branding.
