If you’re getting log in errors, I noticed that going to another site that has disqus and signing out of that particular site, will make brownstoner think you’re logged out. Just happened again to me.
I googled disqus problems and it is all over the place. The problem is disqus, not brownstoner, it seems. I really don’t like this commenting system except for the in reply to. And if you go to another site that uses disqus, it automatically shows your avatar and username plus your comments list if clicked. DO NOT LIKE.

lots of them. YOu can tell if you go to a comments section and you see your brownstoner username and avatar.
