avatars are tricky, my last one looked obscene, although it was of the statue on top of Grand Central, Today I have a detail of a lafever church but it looks like a mosque.
It isn’t easy to change either, you have to log off and on a couple of times, at least I did.

You have to be a little mentally-challenged if you can’t figure out a way to express yourself without profanity; likewise, your priorities have to be a little screwed up if being able to swear is a prerequisite for interacting on a website. This is hardly a first amendment issue. It’s about trying to create a more respectful community and one in which everyone feels welcome.

I think I have posted four times on the OT in the past four months and one of my comments was censored!! I’m tweeting about this outrage asap. Actually no, I don’t care. I do agree with MM that the weenie-gate thing is much ado about nothing, but unfortunately Anthony has pissed a lot of people off and will now face their self-righteous indignation. Also the head of his congressional delegation famously said that she would “drain the swamp” of bad behavior in Congress, of course she was referring to Republicans, but c’est la vie.
