On late Friday afternoon, Brownstoner.com hit a pretty major milestone: Roughly five and a half years after launching, the homepage of Brownstoner received its 500,000th comment! Insane? Yes. Gratifying? Totally. Some other stats: In addition to the 500,000 comments, the main section of the site has had over 17,000 editorial posts, while the Forum has racked up 21,000 posts and over 138,000 comments.
