After a fire that was deemed intentional, developers are readying plans for a new warehouse on the site of the historic S.W. Bowne Grain Storehouse in Red Hook.
One short wall of the 1886 red brick structure preservationists tried to save was still standing in late October.

But the site has a stop work order and nearby residents claim to have seen workers on site recently in violation of it.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
