This co-op at 25 Stratford Road in Prospect Park South sold for $285,000 a year and a half ago and has now popped back up for sale for $350,000. It’s a nicely laid-out two-bedroom apartment with prewar details that has both a living room and a dining room; it does have three exposures but, judging from the photos, the views aren’t the greatest. Despite the price increase (the real estate market’s quite different than it was two years ago, after all), getting 1,100 square feet of prewar space for $350,000 doesn’t seem so bad to us.

This apartment at 51 Stratford Road is priced very well for being a half block from Prospect Park. The two-bedroom is asking $1,700 a month. (And the listing says it can potentially be used as a three-bedroom.) Going by the photos, the apartment looks to be in good shape. And if it is, the location and the proximity to the Church and Cortelyou subways make this one of the better deals in the Brooklyn rental market.

This two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse unit is located in a new condo building right off the Prospect Park Parade Ground. The finishes are pretty standard as far as new developments go, although the 18-foot ceilings and private terrace will probably be a selling point for many. Asking rent: $3,000 a month.
