As we all know, Brooklyn’s become a boomtown for creative dreamers and makers. Now, a study from the Center for an Urban Future has confirmed and quantified the artsy influx.

The report was already cited at least twice at last week’s Make It In Brooklyn Summit, though not by Bruce Ratner.

DNAinfo reports that three major unions support the construction of a Major League Soccer (MLS) stadium coming to Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Those unions would be The Hotel Trades Council, the Building and Construction Trades Council of Greater New York and service employees union 32BJ SEIU.
