42-77 Hunter Street is going up! The photo above comes from The Court Square Blog, who spotted construction beginning on the ten-story building. Once finished — the ETA is August 2014 — it’ll have 14 units, 11,845-square-feet of residential space and 654-square-feet of commercial space. As Court Square Blog notes, this build will “eventually soar over the rest of the block of one and two story commercial and residential buildings.” Indeed it will — check out a rendering of the final product after the jump.
