No need to bring your contractor on this open-house crawl — all our homes this week are newly renovated and in turnkey condition. There are two in Bed Stuy and one apiece in Clinton Hill and East Flatbush.
On Lafayette Avenue in Clinton Hill we’ve got a four-story, bay-windowed brick number, with a two-bedroom owner’s duplex and a pair of floor-through apartments on top. Any original details seem to have been obliterated, judging by the photos, though it’s possible some are retained on the parlor floor, which, oddly, doesn’t seem to be pictured. (Nor is the small, garden-level kitchen.) Electric and mechanicals have been upgraded.
