Sold as a pair, the three-story buildings have six total units — four residential and two retail. Built in the nineteenth century as part of a row, the two buildings still have brownstone facades and their original cornices. They are located in Clinton Hill, between Washington and Waverly avenues, steps from Pratt and St. Josephs College, and a few blocks from Fort Greene Park. There is a T-Mobile antenna on the rooftop.
