Move over, Brooklyn — this week’s top listings are in favor of historic homes in the Hudson Valley. You’ll find Victorians in Newburgh, Coxsackie and more, as well as Brooklyn homes near Prospect Park and a Red Hook townhouse.

Which would you choose?

10. A new construction condo on the Prospect Heights border, this one-bedroom Crown Heights unit has impressively high ceilings and plenty of light from its floor-to-ceiling windows. Based on the floor plan, it’s a simplex, although the photos appear to show a different unit.

9. This village Italianate in Ghent, N.Y., features a detached three-car garage and three bedrooms for $171,000. With a wraparound porch, bay window and deep eaves, it has more of a country vibe than some of the more tony homes on this list. While it doesn’t appear to have been recently updated, it does look to be in move-in condition, going by the photos.

8. Let the light shine in and the rooms flow. This newly constructed modern townhouse offers an open layout, contemporary amenities, radiant heat floors, and two parking spots. The owner’s duplex on the top two floors features a laundry room, plentiful storage throughout, and a rooftop with views of the Manhattan skyline, south Brooklyn, and the harbor. Because of its east/west exposures and extra generous width (25 feet wide), the two-family building has plenty of space and natural light.

7. On Somers Street in Bed Stuy, we’re looking at a two-family townhouse with a facade of painted brick. This one’s a flip, thoroughly renovated with new kitchens and baths and central A/C. There are a few original fireplaces, and some exposed brick. The house has a one-bedroom rental on the garden level, and above is an owner’s duplex with three bedrooms and an open living space (though the kitchen is partitioned by a brick wall). The basement is finished.

6. Last week’s No. 1 stays on the list for another week, and it’s a rare opportunity for someone not afraid to roll up their sleeves. On Marlborough Road in Prospect Park South, it’s a striking 10-bedroom stand-alone house with a wraparound porch that offers some 6,000 square feet of faded glory, in need of restoration and updating. With a huge house that means no shortage of effort, but the result would be a jaw-dropper.

1. Our No. 1 listing this week is this 3,000-square-foot three-bed, three-bath house in Kingston, N.Y., which has been completely remodeled. It has includes an office, laundry room and side porch.
