With only about 25 percent of construction complete, and an ETA of this spring, eight of the ten units at Dumbo’s 185 Plymouth Street development have sold. AJ Pires from Alloy Development, the company behind the conversion of the former Brillo factory, reports that they received offers on all of the apartments but decided to hold onto the penthouses. Now there are only two penthouse units available. A full website is up with renderings, floor plans and building information. And a teaser site is up for the Dumbo Townhouses, Alloy’s other in-construction project in the neighborhood. The LPC gave that project, which consists of five four-bedroom townhouses, its blessing earlier this month.
