Two Left at Clinton Hill's 27 Quincy

There’s a sales update on the condo 27 Quincy buried at the end of a Post article about the “up-and-coming” neighborhood Clinton Hill, with the broker selling the 16-unit building saying that only two condos are left. Corcoran took over the sales reigns for the project a few months ago, when six units were in contract. One of the available condos is a 775-square-foot one-bedroom going for $349,000, according to The Post.
