toren-091310.jpgIn June, Don Capoccia, the man behind Toren, told the New York Times the building is 55 percent sold and moving quickly. Looks like they’re still trying to keep the pace up. Curbed noticed that prices on eight units just got reduced by around 10 percent or so. On StreetEasy, a $1,665,000 three-bedroom is now at $1,465,000 and a two-bedroom has dropped from $995,000 to $899,000.

  1. “Jeff Lewis on FLIPPING OUT visiting the Toren”

    I’m youtubin’ that shit!

    ***Bid half off peak comps***

  2. @Carol Gardens. I certainly did and was rather amused. I believe Don was hoping Jeff Lewis would purchase a unit @ Toren and flip it. Definitely a weird vibe going on.

  3. Ha! Did anyone else catch Jeff Lewis on FLIPPING OUT visiting the Toren? NOT the best publicity. The Toren guy came off so sleazy.

  4. I would think that a two bedroom at Toren would trade for more like 600G. Even in the Slope or the Heights two bedrooms don’t get 900G. Crazy town.
