The Park Union Is 70 Percent Full

How many units left at the new Park Slope condo build at 910 Union Street, also known as the Park Union? Four! The building hit the 50 percent mark two weeks ago, and just a few days later four buyers signed contracts. So now it’s 70 percent full. The four remaining units include a one-bedroom, one-bath asking $799,000, another one-bedroom, one-bath asking $865,000, a two-bedroom, two-bath asking $1.5 million, and a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath penthouse asking $2,150,000. The 15-unit condo building hit the market this past fall.
