If you’ve been wondering what’s up at the glassy 17-unit condo development at 580 Carroll in Park Slope, here’s the latest: Four units have closed, there are signed contracts for another six, and seven listings remain. That’s a decent bump in sales and contract activity from December, when there had been two closings and two signed contracts. The remaining listings in the Enrique Norten-designed condo, all of which two-bedrooms, are priced between $725,000 and $1,295,000.

  1. SHIT ON A CONCRETE SHINGLE. THIS BUILDING IS SO BEHIND IN THE MARKET. ANYTHING WORTH WHILE BUYING IN PARK SLOPE DOES NOT SIT EMPTY FOR 30 DAYS.
SHIT FROM BEGINNING TO WHEN THE LAST SMUCK PLOPS HIS MONEY DOWN FOR THIS MESS THEY WILL CALL …… HOME????? …..

  2. I’ve always wanted to get one of these places and then use old star wars or fonzie sheets with duct tape to cover the windows.

I love it, I had smurf sheets way back when……

    hahahahahahahahahah

  3. i pass by this building everyday and shake my head at the horrific and generic bland taste some of those people living in those apartment have. specifically the dude in the apartment on the lower right. ZZZZZZZZZZZZ. if youre gonna essentially FORCE people to look into your apartment, please have nice things that people might actually WANT to look at. not ikea garbage.

  5. I think all the apartments should have came with the same shades so everything would match on the outside, since there is so much glass, and you can look into each apartment, I think once everyone moves in, it is going to look shitty. Just because you have money, doesnt mean you have taste.

I believe the 2 glass towers on the west side highway in NY have the shades I mean.
