The Clermont Condominium, the 52-unit project at 375 Myrtle Avenue from BRP Development, is officially open for business. Nothing’s up on the Corcoran site yet, but last week a big banner was unfurled on the corner of the building and the stand-alone website is also accessible (though sans pricing info). The first 14 units to be released include a mix of one- and two-bedrooms as well as one three-bedroom penthouse. According to the site, one of the one-bedrooms is already in contract. This project will hopefully be a nice boost for the Myrtle renaissance that’s already well underway. We’ll be interested to see the prices.

SO FAR from transportation! why in the world would anyone pay what will probably be ridiculous prices to have a 1 hour plus commute every day. you might as well live in the burbs, at least you’d get a house.
I like it and think it will do well (depending, of course, on how it is priced)
I live on this block – and can tell you that while this is a decent area it is VERY far from the subway, and very close to the BQE. Also, this building is right on top of the elementry school.
That said, at the right price, these would be OK. However, I checked and they are NOT the right price. There is plenty of overpriced new construction that offers better value than these apartments. Nobody is going to overpay in this location.
Actually it’s zoned PS. 20 which is a good school (my bad) Still far from the subway but not a bad location. Very convenient by car and bike, not too far from the Park.
Unlike some of the other buildings going up, I really like the look of this one. Very understated and classy instead of some modern monstrosity. I’m also excited about the Walgreen’s that should be moving into the retail space.
Too bad’s it’s on the wrong side of Myrtle as the better school district.
Myrtle is booming!
That building is too far away from the subway.
I remember when Myrtle Avenue was called ‘Murder Avenue’, and that was only 9 years ago, when I was going to school at Pratt.
I knew that neighborhhod was going to change because of all the great architecture.
Wish they’d list the prices on these units.
