The haircare company Carol’s Daughter is moving out of its location at the corner of South Elliott and Dekalb within the next couple months, according to commercial real estate broker Eric Altschul of CPEX, and the space is being listed for $7,000 a month. Altschul notes that Carol’s Daughter has been in the space since 1999 and that Mauzac wine bar is the other commercial tenant in the building. The storefront is 1,200 square feet and food is allowed, but a full liquor license won’t happen since it’s across the street from Brooklyn Tech. What sort of business would you like to see here?
