The SteelWorks Lofts building at 76 North 4th Street has finally shed the scaffolding that has covered it for years, as BuzzBuzzHome reported last week. The condo-turned-rental building has had a sign up proclaiming rentals available since November, but in fact they will launch in June, according to The Real Deal. The building is also leasing its ground-floor retail space, said TRD.

The interiors designed by AvroKO are some of the most original in Brooklyn, with beams salvaged from the building and kitchen cabinetry reminiscent of iceboxes. It will be interesting to see how they turn out — and the prices.

The building has also changed its name. It is now the Lebowski.
