Neighbor of Myrtle Building Collapse Sells
When 493 Myrtle collapsed last year, the neighboring four-story walk-up building at 491 Myrtle ended up having to be torn down too. Now the 21-by-81-foot vacant lot has sold, according to an email from Stephen Palmese, the Massey Knakal broker on the deal. The price? $420,500, which comes out to about $70 per buildable foot….

So is this only one of the lots then? I’m assuming the 81 foot dimension is the depth from front to back of lot.
