This one-bedroom rental in the Park Slope co-op building at 916 Union looks quite nice and appears to have a decent amount of space. The location, right next to the park and Grand Army Plaza, is also an obvious selling point. The rent comes in at $2,300 a month, which strikes us as pricey but not outrageous for the area. Agree?

Nice pictures, but 700 square feet seems like they are rounding up a bit. I personally wouldn’t want a first-floor 2-room studio for this price to live a quarter mile from trains, but that’s just me. Couldn’t agree more. I pay half this for a 2-roomer near 7th and Union. But I understand that I have a great deal in an unrenovated walk-up building. It’s just sad how tough it is out there.
