Totally ridiculous. First floor, busy, noisy street. Putting 2.5 bathrooms in that place is utterly ridiculous. And the whole thing, inside and out, is pretty ugly. And a backyard is a nice luxury, but that one is pretty grim. I can’t believe anyone would pay over, say, $2800 to live there.
