No pictures or mention of the kitchen, so there’s a chance you’d be sharing it. It’s also unclear how much space you’d be renting in the house. Depending on square footage, it’s hard to say if the monthly rent of $1,900 is a decent deal or not. Any guesses?

this is an old concept. it was called a “boarding house”. you would rent a bedroom in someone’s house share a bathroom with other boarders and possibly be given dinner as part of the room and board deal. The idea of renting a room in a house today for $1900/mo is so hallucinatory that I find it difficult to believe.
