This charming duplex apartment in Clinton Hill has dark red walls, decorative fireplaces and other original details. It occupies two full floors — apparently the bedroom floors of a brownstone, going by the photos. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all on one floor, and there is an additional space in a niche that could be used as an office. On the floor above are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, but they are not pictured. We can only see a sliver of the kitchen in one of the photos, but it looks nicely renovated. Think it’s a decent amount of space for $3,500 a month?
