This one bedroom loft at the Chocolate Factory is pretty sweet, with high ceilings, big windows and a nice kitchen. What this space has going against it, though, is the small-looking sleeping loft space. The rent of $2,200/month isn’t exactly cheap for a one-bedroom in this part of Bed Stuy but, at 1,000 square feet, this one’s on the extra-large size. What do you think?
