Rental of the Day: 651 St. Marks Avenue

This Crown Heights two bed/two bath has some period details and a renovated kitchen, coming in with a rent of $2,050/month. Overall it’s nice but not as decked out as similar apartments we’ve seen in Crown Heights. The exterior, certainly, is something to fall in love with. We’d say it’s a tad overpriced but it’s worth mentioning this is a no fee apartment. What do you make of it?
