Funny, two days ago, the whole house was listed for sale at $700,000 (after being purchased for $215K this summer). This is one of my least favorite iterations of quicky renovation…expose all the bricks, put some varnished pine trim around all the doors and windows, and leave it chopped into as many little rooms as possible…
