This expansive two-bedroom loft in south Williamsburg comes with furniture, wi-fi and cable for a decent price — but there’s a catch. The 1,400-square-foot pad has 13-foot ceilings and huge casement windows that face Kent Avenue and the waterfront. There’s also a shared rooftop garden.

The rent is $3,200 a month, but it drops to $2,000 for two to three months of the year, when the owner takes the second bedroom. That seems like a pretty big catch — do you think it’s worth it?

  1. Also this property is in the middle of nowhere…Definitely better have a bike or taxi to get you home at night. Gets very desolate. I’ve been in this building before, the apartments are really big and get a lot of natural light, but the building interior looks like the something out of the East Village during the 80’s. Really run down, dirty, Sketchy elevator situation as well. Ideal for a photographer…Most of the people that live here are photographer’s and artist. Great for a live work space.
