If you were going to sum up this one-bedroom in Park Slope at 372 Douglass Street in a word, “cute” would do it. It’s charming, though we wouldn’t mind a few more windows in the living room. (The bedroom, however, gets good light.) It’s a convertible two bedroom, but considering the entire apartment is 800 square feet, that second would probably be tiny. The total rent? $2,750/month. Dig it?
