Rental of the Day: 357 Monroe Street, #2

This four-bedroom, two-bath triplex in Bed Stuy is, as one might expect of a triplex, roomy at 2,500 square feet. We’re not loving the baseboard heating or the kitchen cabinets, but the marble mantels, inlaid floors, wood panelling and updated bathrooms are nice.

Other amenities include a dishwasher, laundry, private backyard and a deck that offers access to it from the second floor. The only drawbacks might be the walk to the subway and the lack of bathroom on the garden level. Or possibly the price. What do you think of it for $4,500 a month?
