This four-bedroom, two-bath triplex in Bed Stuy is, as one might expect of a triplex, roomy at 2,500 square feet. We’re not loving the baseboard heating or the kitchen cabinets, but the marble mantels, inlaid floors, wood panelling and updated bathrooms are nice.
Other amenities include a dishwasher, laundry, private backyard and a deck that offers access to it from the second floor. The only drawbacks might be the walk to the subway and the lack of bathroom on the garden level. Or possibly the price. What do you think of it for $4,500 a month?

WORST TOWNHOUSE EVER! Or should I say half townhouse?
I have visited this property when it was in the market for sale.
It’s VERY poorly build and for some weird reason a third of the back was demo out and finished with cheapo cement blocks!
It has on the worst layout configurations with a “luxury” open suite bathroom on top. Completely unusable…
