Rental of the Day: 333 Ocean Parkway

Here we have a floor-through two bedroom at 333 Ocean Parkway in Kensington. The place is quite nice and the rent, at $1,795/month, is low. The kitchen looks small for this size of apartment, but that’s our only complaint. It’s a few blocks from the commercial drag on Cortelyou (although a longer distance to the subway). What do ya think?
