Rental of the Day: 256 78th Street

Here’s a high-end rental in Bay Ridge, a three-bed, three-bath townhouse at 256 78th Street. Overall it’s a lovely home with some nice details. The only thing we aren’t crazy about is the exposed brick in the kitchen. Still, the inclusion of a finished basement in addition to all the other space could make this a desirable pick for a family. The monthly rent is $4,200/month, quite a bit cheaper than townhouse rentals in a lot of other Brooklyn neighborhoods. What do ya think?
