Seems ok to me. In Park Slope you’d easily pay $2800 for a place with a crappy kitchen. This location is close to train, shopping and the park isn’t far away either. Try to knock it down $100
Nice kitchen. But that price is too high for a one bedroom. I think my friend pays similar for a 3 bedroom a few blocks away.
